EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The annual conference brings together physicians, medical directors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants from across Wisconsin. Our typical attendance is between 40-50 attendees. We also opened attendance to virtual attendees. We are following ACCME guidelines for exhibitors that requires attendees agree to provide their name and contact information on released attendee lists. However, you are free to contact any attendee that provides you their contact information during the exhibit.
Exhibitor Opportunities:
The cost of the exhibit is $300.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
The cost of a Sponsorship is $600. Provides attendees with complimentary break & conference snacks to help them stay hydrated, caffeinated, & ready to learn.
Registration Open! Space is limited.
Exhibitor Registration: All fees are due within 60 days of registration, or your registration will be cancelled.
Conference Format: Exhibitor space will be assigned by PALTmed-WI conference staff. An exhibitor may not share any part of its booth with another vendor, whether or not it is a related company.
Refunds: No refund is provided for cancellations within 60 days of the conference start date. Please contact Jeni at jeni@wamd.org with any questions or cancellation requests. A $30 cancellation charge will be deducted from refunds that are requested prior to the 60-day cutoff.
Care of Space: The exhibitor is responsible for the care of their space and ensuring safety guidelines are followed and no damage is incurred.
