Associate Membership - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any licensed professional who is interested in medical care in long-term facilities, is eligible for Associate Membership. An Associate Member is a non-voting member, with dues as determined by the WAMD Board of Directors, and is entitled to attend the annual meeting and to receive the Newsletter and communications, as well as other benefits of the organization.

Corporate Membership - $35.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Minimum of 10 members from a single organization. Please contact Jeni@WAMD.org to apply for membership. Our apologies for not being able to purchase this membership online.

Facility Membership - $240.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments
